Rock lithology modeling of flood-prone areas has been carried out using the Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) method in Rawa Makmur village, Bengkulu city. Field data acquisition a stretch length 160 with MAE X612-EM Geoelectric tool forming straight line. VES method, Excel software for resistivity variations depth and Progress modeling. This research aims to determine subsurface condition characteristics rocks that make up areas. The results this study can be concluded village is dominated by sand (0,2-50 Ωm), silty (1-35 gravel (20-150 Ωm) clay (65-250 at several points. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 have shallow water table 1-10 meters, close river rock structure saturated so it cannot absorb moisture on surface becomes flood puddle. are porous stones such as water. Sites not prone flooding points 6 7 (20-65 (100-200 dry (100-1000 Ωm).
